How Rejani Reversed Pre-Diabetes and Unveiled Her Abs

Rejani sat in the doctor’s office staring at her glucose test results, watching the numbers confirm what she’d been dreading.

Rejani sees herself in the best shape of her life in the years ahead, not battling the beginning of diabetes like she feared when she started.

 

The healthy eating habits became sustainable instead of something she white-knuckled through for a few months. Teaching her kids these habits by example became possible because she finally understood how to make it work in real life. Having the energy to play with them stopped being a hope and became a reality.
