If you had told Sriram a few years ago that he could confidently maintain a muscular, toned body no matter where life took him, he might have laughed.
Growing up, he always felt physically weak. He never excelled in sports or physical challenges. Being a vegetarian, he had often been told that building muscle would be difficult for him. On top of that, he had a belly he was self-conscious about and an upper body he considered his weak point. Despite being mentally strong, he had long struggled with translating that into physical confidence.
He had tried pushing himself with hikes, Spartan races, and gym workouts, but without a proper plan, the results were inconsistent.
