How Priti Became the Mom Who Can Do Push-Ups and Chin-Ups Again

Priti couldn’t do a single push-up the day she joined KMAK. Not even one regular push-up. 

 

She always had to drop to her knees to get any reps out, but even that was a struggle. For someone who used to crush Orangetheory classes five times a week and finished the entire Insanity program, this was a wake-up call Priti couldn’t ignore.

 

But after two pregnancies back-to-back Priti was getting frustrated that her midsection weight wouldn’t budge, her arms felt weak, and her energy was permanently shot. Finding even one uninterrupted hour to work out with two young kids at home felt impossible most days.
